Jason Jones-Hughes is the driving force behind Jones-Hughes Building. With a unique background in both professional sport and construction, he brings energy, discipline, and an honest, hands-on approach to every project.

Before entering the building industry, Jason played professional rugby union at the highest level — representing the Australian Wallabies, NSW Waratahs, Welsh Rugby Union, Randwick Rugby, Newport (Wales), and Munster (Ireland).

Mentored by some of the world’s top coaches and organisations, Jason developed the leadership, accountability, and performance mindset that now underpins his work in construction.
