Choosing Jason as our builder was an easy decision, and one that I would make again without hesitation. There was one moment during the build that highlighted Jason’s commitment to the project. After our weekly walkthrough of the work, it was a Friday afternoon, and the trades had all gone home. I mentioned to Jason that my parents were coming around the next day to catch up, and because they’re not that mobile, they might struggle to get up the stairs to see the changes. When I arrived the next day with Mum and Dad, the work area had been cleaned more thoroughly than usual, and unbelievably, a temporary handrail had been installed on the other side of the stairs. It was just a piece of timber, but it meant that my parents could get up the stairs to see the changes we’d made to the house. Jason must have spent a few hours on a Friday afternoon making sure the place was extra clean and accessible for my parents. It’s the little things like this that add up over the course of the build, and make Jason stand out as someone who can be trusted to deliver.
